Krzysztof Falkiewicz Legal Advisor – Partner

Mr Falkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal advisor training with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors (OIRP) in Warsaw and is entered on the list of legal advisors kept by the OIRP Council. Mr. Falkiewicz has many years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs. During his professional practice he has rendered comprehensive legal service to a number of business entities, including companies listed on stock exchange, and was in charge of legal aspects of privatization and restructuring processes of Polish enterprises covered by the Mass Privatization Program. He has negotiated numerous international contracts and participated in programs related to the integration of European countries with respect to the energy law, conducted and financed by inter alia European Union.

At present Mr. Falkiewicz handles primarily civil and commercial law issues. He represents his clients before common courts, arbitration courts and in administrative proceedings. He is a member of the Polish Association of Conciliation Courts, a mediator entered on the list of mediators with PSSP Business Mediation Centre in Warsaw and with OIRP in Warsaw, and is also an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court with the Polish Confederation of Private Employers „Lewiatan”.
