Leszek Zgutka Attorney-at-Law – Partner

Mr. Zgutka is entered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association. His areas of practice are, in particular, civil, pharmaceutical, real estate and banking laws. Conducting legal practice on his own account since 1991, he has provided legal assistance to, inter alia, the National Bank of Poland and worked as a local legal counsel for the International Finance Corporation and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Additionally, he has advised other leading Polish and foreign entities with respect to their investment projects. 1991 - 1993 he was a partner at Clifford Chance law firm in Poland. In 1997 he was approved by the Governor of the National Bank of Poland to exercise the functions of an administrative receiver, curator in bankruptcy and liquidator of companies where the National Bank of Poland is a shareholder or in state owned banks.
