Piotr Zięcik Attorney-at-Law – Partner

Mr. Zięcik is entered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and of the European Union Law Programme at the University of Leuven in Belgium.

His specialty is pharmaceutical law, with particular focus on clinical trials as well as intellectual property law and protection of personal data. Mr. Zięcik participated in several projects related to practical aspects of the pharmaceutical law and conducting clinical trials. He has substantial experience in scope of takeover transactions on the internet market and in providing advice under negotiations of intellectual property agreements. Additionally, he has appeared many times as an attorney-in-fact in litigations for protection of copyrights, personal data and protection of personal property.
