One of the core practice areas of our Law Firm is providing advice with respect to agreements concluded as part of ongoing business activities. Our advisory role in this area encompasses drafting, evaluating and negotiating agreements. It has to be emphasized that our experience includes drafting and negotiating highly specialized agreements, such as enterprise logistics (contracts with suppliers and so called central distribution centres), agreements for implementation of IT systems supporting business management, contracts with suppliers to multi-surface stores (we have experience of representing both retail networks as well as suppliers).
