Intellectual property law and protection of personal data
Our Law Firm provides legal services with respect to intellectual property as part of our ongoing business consultancy. Using our knowledge and experience we continuously advise our Clients in concluding license agreements and copyright transfer agreements, we evaluate advertising and promotion campaigns. We also represent Clients in litigations for violation of copyrights and personal property. In cooperation with an office of patent attorneys we handle issues related to the registration and protection of trade marks.
One of our special competence areas is also protection of personal data. We provide advice and full-range assistance in preparing applications to the General Inspector for Protection of Personal Data, representing our Clients in proceedings before the same, preparing documents concerning the application of the act on protection of personal data and evaluating applicability of the provisions of the act. We also conduct civil and criminal proceedings related to the violation of the provisions of the act on protection of personal data.
