Pharmaceutical law and clinical trials
We have vast experience in providing legal services to companies of the pharmaceutical sector, owing to continuous cooperation with Clients being subsidiaries of international pharmaceutical companies. A separate Pharmaceutical Section within our Law Firm was set up to provide highly specialized legal assistance addressing the requirements of a broadly understood pharmaceutical law, with special focus on clinical trials, sales of therapeutic and medical products, their promotion and registration.
Our Pharmaceutical Section Team has proven performance record in provision of legal services, particularly in scope of:
- Clinical trials, including drafting agreements for clinical trials and their supervision, providing legal opinions on issues arising under execution of clinical trial agreements, negotiating and finalizing agreements with Investigators and with Sites, collecting registration documents of the Sites necessary in order to submit complete documentation to the Central Register of Clinical Trials,
- Drafting agreements with entities participating in arranging conferences or promotion meetings,
- Evaluating advertising of therapeutic products, including promotion proposals and preparing draft agreements for advertising compliant with pharmaceutical law,
- Providing opinions on admissibility of sponsoring and public relations activities and preparing draft agreements.
