Our Law Firm provides also legal assistance to persons expropriated after the World War II and heirs of such persons in pursuing their claims aimed at restitution of expropriated real estate or payment of indemnity. Our assistance covers also so called „mienie zabużańskie” [„Property in Former Eastern Areas”]. We represent our Principals in such cases in administrative and court proceedings.
